>>46598450I guess the difference is B2W2 had new handholding and cutscenes that sometimes lead to new and exciting content like Pokestar Studios (although I might be biased, I liked Gale of Darkness' Battle Sims), but USUM had a lot of the same ones, and one of the few new ones ruined a neat little secret that was in the original game. I do like what USUM did with Hau's character though, I prefer that greatly to dealing with Hugh. It also doesn't help that Gen 7's cutscenes are way more tiresome than Gen 5's, in terms of how long they take. I dunno if Gen 5 has more text, but the simple sprite animation is way more snappy if you don't want to deal with the cutscenes a second time. Honestly, Pokemon needs a cutscene skip, or at leas super fast Paper Mario textboxes.
