Here's my own submission, rock type gym with a kaiju sub theme, fits the japanese origins of the game and includes the first designed mon Rhydon. Also while the stats are high on a lot of these they have several weaknesses that reward playing with type advantages / special attack vs attack. For a seasoned player it's easy to sweep but for the average person or kid playing it's a reasonable challenge and a rewarding experience

Medieval castle themed gym. Mostly Steel type team with Sirfetch’d to mix it up and fit the theme. Corviknight is the Ace. Thinking 7th or 8th Gym.
