oh man so many. sootopolous, mt pyre, coronet, battle factory, battle arcade, snowbelle city, anistar city, seafolk village, ultra desert, ultra forest, haina desert, master dojo, and those are just off the top of my head. music has never been an issue for the pkmn franchise.

So many it's hard to pick just one, but if I had to I'd say Cynthia. The memories associated with it, where it happens in the story, as well as the music itself combine to an atmosphere that isn't matched anywhere else.
