No, it only added the move based evolutions, like Ambipom. Item based ones were post-national dex only, and location based ones like Magnezone were unavailable without trading.

Alola forms were made explicitly for LGPE to "fix" Kanto's type distribution without actually altering what you can find in Kanto itself that isn't the original 151 in their usual forms, other than updating Fairies to be Fairies and the Magnemite Line to be Electric/Steel.

Nope, they only added the move evos. Whilst you could obtain some of the others by Pokeathlon awards, only five were added to the dex, the trade evos were post-game.

Also no trainers even used the cross-gens until post-game when they absolutely should’ve (most egregiously Pryce not using Mamoswine)
