Togepi is a shitmon that is annoying to grind the friendship for. Togetic is also a shitmon, so you'd just end up replacing it with something.
Dratini only starts at lvl 15 when your team will already be well into the 40s.

I've only seen stereotypical teams for Johto and Sinnoh. Those regions have awful pokemon distribution.

BW2 teams are always either super generic or super unorthodox because of the Pokedex and Pokemon distribution and I like that. That being said: the generic teams get pretty tiring.
