Gen 1 Gym leaders are memorable for obvious fucking reasons
Gen 2 are memorable because of Whitney and Clair plus no one shuts the fuck up about how terrible their teams are.
There is no reason for the other gen's gym leaders to be memorable there are just there to fit a tradition.
