1% encounter rates are not rare but very fun to do. My scrotum doesn't contract unless I'm doing 1% SOS calls, during rain, at night. Found two shinnies before I got Politoed.

I took one in crystal, and its STAB rage does work in the early game, and heatbutt+glare isnt bad either, I kind of want to try one in SS with serene grace and see how much better it works
