Depends I'll watch shows or listen to Jim Cornette's videos on youtube (sometimes the actual poddcast) but it all depends what my ADHD head wants to do while keeping up with the hunt.

Mew in Jap Emerald via RAs and Galarian Ziggy in Sword via KO method.

Mew is now day 4, and Zigzagoon is I think day 6.

Pincurchin in Shield and Deoxys in FireRed. Also 2 shiny Pontya and a Chinchou in GO if that counts.

I watch a select few PokeTubers and/or gamblers during their streams when I hunt; otherwise, it's mostly listening to music.

I found 2 in 1300-odd. I've since gone about the same looking for a 3rd for the line. Fuck RE shiny hunting in Gen VIII.

Ehh, held onto the Milcery event raids from Valentine's, grinding them till the next decent weekend shiny event (had a pika from the outbreak I'd already fed soup to, so wasn't updating for those ones). I'll go back to it then. More annoyed Moltres in US is taking so fucking long, wanna get back hunting SOS, don't want to leave the Ultra Hole as I already hunted Articuno and Zapdos out the same hole.

Since I had zero means of getting an AR for my English Emerald, and since the save file fucked up (probably due to the internal battery or some shit), I decided to get an EZ Flash and put a rom of Emerald on it, preferably in Jap to make it as legit as possible, and I also used the EZ Flash to distribute the Aurora Ticket to my FireRed to get Deoxys. Since I must be austimo and can't understand save editing or HEX coding, I looked up online to essentially hack the Old Sea Map and accessibility to Mew. It took a few tries, but I got a Gameshark code to work. I beat the game on VBA, launched the code, got to Mew, and transferred the .gba and save file to the EZ Flash. I'll trade it to FireRed via wireless adapter to trade up to Ultra Moon.

Spiritomb appears in Sea Mauville as overworld pokemon, it only appears if you are in a specific spot, then you need to save and when you reset, it appears and you can't do anything until you battle with it

Yeah, read the papers, then save the game then iit'll appear behind you and you can SR. I'm assuming for Gen IV, it was save before activating the keystone after talking to 32 people and SR from there.

I got my shiny regirock on October 25, 735 SRs. So almost 5 months. I'm starting again now after a month long break. I fucking hate Registeel so much rn.

Ehhh IIRC once I hit 8 or 9k I decided to take a break and breed a shiny Spiritomb- got it in 403 eggs. Then it was back on the grind.

Yeah, I try to catch up with series when I'm either shiny breeding or breeding for comp. Usually podcasts for SR hunts.
