Of these I feel like Texas, California, Washington DC, Mississippi River and New England are possible in US plus parts of Canada or Mexico will probably start turning up in the US/America part of the pattern. Germany, Italy, Spain, Greece, Netherlands are upcoming for Europe. They're probably wary on Germany but will probably not ignore it. Expect a neutered evil team in Germany.
>Africa & AsiaI feel like they're far more timid to attempt most of Africa or Asia too soon, but I think Egypt and India would be the first on those lists because they have a recognizable aesthetic everyone in the world is aware of.
>Australia & South AmericaAustralia & Oceana is probably coming very soon, I would guess its one of the next 3 in fact. South American Countries & the Caribbean is also probably going to start rolling in too as an addition to the America-Europe pattern.
