"Shitter %" is simply the percentage of designs in a generation that are shit. To be a shitter, I need to have a visceral reaction towards the design. It's not just mild dislike. These are the mons I really hate.
I haven't calculated this before, but my hypothesis is that shitter % is going to rise rapidly as we progress through the generations.
