>>46627656It's pretty meh. For one, it's replacing a 4x resist, which makes it much less worthwhile than things like volt absorb lanturn or storm drain cradily. The other problem is that it's a mega-evo ability, meaning in order to make use of it, you'd need to send sceptile in, mega-evolve it, then switch it out, and only THEN could you switch it back in on a predicted electric attack.
doubles is a different matter, but doubles are inherently niche
