it's not some gay theme park that tries too hard to establish an "identity" for itself with tacky landmarks and overly contrived mythology, it's just some sleepy, irrelevant Japanese suburb in the shadow of a larger metroplex that itself is quite generic and irrelevant. I would take 1 region like that over 10 overwritten special snowflake tourist traps that pretend only they and Kanto exist any day.
