Switching is the most powerful option in singles, it's why Stealth Rock is so hotly argued about. Any Pokemon that can get rid of that option entirely just by existing, even a typically mediocre one, is bound to be OP. As long as matchups exist, and Pokemon's system is based on that being so, Shadow Tag will be a powerhouse Ability on whatever you want.
