So far we've gotten Urshifu with a fucked up FOV so he looks like he has noodle arms, an Urshifu with the exact same angle and composition as the 5ban so it might as well not exist, and this Blaziken.
As an artist, having to make a GIANT Pokemon limits the amount of things you can do with your piece, that you couldn't already do at a normal size. The only truly based card I can think of would be a VMAX Regigigas literally moving continents as its Pokedex entry states. What other things could you do with the concept? VMAX Gengar being a haunted house attraction at an amusement park?
