Why is op incapable of considering other factors like location, stats and abilities? Rillaboom is OU too retard, and serperior wasn't doing too bad either. Venusaur is also really good in sun and whimsicott is a doubles staple.

OP is just baiting, you don't look at the tiering of all the grass Pokemon and just ignore that Kartana and Rillaboom are in OU too. You're also underselling Serperior. It's currently the most used Pokemon in SPL gen 6 OU. Grass types these past few gens have been amazing, at least in OU.

Solely because GameFreak added Rillaboom, which is a slightly weaker Tapu Bulu, but has a far better movepool, including having a priority move that is stronger than Talonflame’s Brave Bird, a U-turn to pass terrains, as well as Knock Off to cripple common Grass switch-ins like Corviknight, Heatran, Tangrowth, and Ferrothorn, but it also has more speed too, which is actually pretty important since it now naturally outspeed Modest Heatran, Adamant Dragonite, defensive Moltres, and forces defensive Zapdos to run Timid with 40 EVs.

If Rillaboom wasn’t just a new direct upgrade from Tapu Bulu, the worst Tapu would probably be Koko, since Regieleki and Dragapult exist.

Amoongus is so good in doubles that it singlehandedly changed game mechanics. The whole "powder moves don't work on Grass types" change and came about because people were doing crazy shit with EVs, IVs, natures, and even levels trying to ensure they could disable their opponent's Amoongus inside or outside of Trick Room.

Nah.
Regieleki’s speed forces a lot of speed creep in the Metagame. It’s one of the reasons why Rain teams will use Barraskewda over Kindgra.
Also in National Dex, Koko was made untiered because Dragapult did the speedy pivot job better, up until it was banned in that format.
Also, Tapu Bulu still has arguably the best terrain and is still the hardest to switch-in.

Rock has it the worst.
Stealth Rock means a Rock weakness is the worst possible weakness.
Meaning mons with Rock weaknesses become worse and Rock STAB becomes less valuable.
