Not all are. Those are just common themes of Fighting Types. But people can fight for wildly different reason—in the case of these 2, it's just raw Mars-like aggression. They always see red. (Literally did not notice they both have the same pink-red eye color until I just typed that.) They're warlike, they want to see bloodshed.

Do evos for them akin to the Karrablast/Shelmet method where they get traits from one another. Seviper evo could have a Zangoose pelt trophy while Zangoose evo has a snakeskin hood or a cloak or something

Primeape is a weird outlier in the Fighting type. Aggression is generally treated as a Dark type trait nowadays. If Primeape was made today, it'd be Fighting/Dark

But generally speaking, Fighting types nowadays are honorable warriors

Quit being a fucking idiot and using inequal types of logic for different shit. The ability to fight doesn't make anything a Fighting Type, what does is an explicit mastery of psychical combat, which Zangoose and Seviper have. They literally are constantly fighting with each other.

Yes, HUMAN physical combat. The whole point of Fighting types is that they don't fight like monsters or animals, they fight like humans. Even the Muskedeers use their horns like swords.

Fighting type is punching, kicking, and swordsmanship, and in Passimian's case, playing American football

Because Toxicroak is an obvious Poison/Dark type that had it's type changed because Skuntank and Drapion were overfilling the Sinnoh Dex with Poison/Dark types with the three of them. We know for a fact that such type changes happen after a design is already implemented, most infamously by the designer of Jellicent being a bit upset about it getting nasty dex entries for a Ghost type that was never envisioned when being designed.
