Compare Blaziken's narrow, more beak like mouth to the gen 7 and 8 starters who have human mouths. Notice how the closer to its claw talon feet things (that are not human) you get the wider the legs become, which differentiates it from the others. It also has claws for hands rather than just regular hands. Blaziken is also a fighting type so of course it will naturally look somewhat humanlike on the surface. I could go on.
Incelisnoar has human proportions from where it has muscle and body mass to its hands and feet. It also started on all four but for some reason the designers thought "lmao what if we randomly made it a fursuit for some reason XD!" Cinderass is similar and is literally a rabbit stylised as a soccer player.

In fact, Incineroar doesn't have "regular" hands or "regular" feet either. It's general anatomy is utterly divorced from any human that's not the most utterly exaggerated popeye muscleman, which is more than what can be said for Blaziken.

Not him but its true. Blaziken is the first actual humanoid starter design. But I think the reason why it works for most is because it's a lot more angular. It has a rugged muscle structure and a jagged feather pattern. It's a bit more natur vibe al in a way. Which conveys more of a "monster" since it's easier to associate angular and ruggedness with a monster. Compare that to the rabbit and tiger to an extent both are made up of a lot of smooth and rounded features. (Incineroars arms and Cinderaces legs being literal tubes.) Shapes that we typically associate with humans.
