I caught a super/square shiny East Sea Gastrodon today in a random encounter. Probably the lamest and least exciting shiny ever. I just want my fucking cool shiny Manectric back.

there’s an ebay posting for a $1.89 genned one. that’s dirt cheap, and considering how uncommon a super shiny of that specific pokemon would be to find legitimately, this may give you some peace of mind. i understand that it’s that rarity that made yours special, though.

Just go get one. I thought I was going to see something that might be a bitch to get when I looked, but eletrike has 50 and 60% overworld encounter rates in weather. I’d do this for someone I knew without question. (You might get a marked shiny as well.)
