The only full weather worth running is rain. A team might have a T-tar and an Excadrill on it, but that doesn't make the entire strategy of the team sand

Sand isn't permanent anymore so going out of your way to build around the chip and the SpD boost isn't worth it in most cases.
Also, TTar got much weaker, especially on the offensive side with the loss of pursuit, the apparition of fairies and power creep in general so the only "OU worthy" thing you can do in sand is pretty much running sans rush excadrill.

Yes rain absolutely, sand hippo/ttar and exca while sun can still work it isn't nearly as consistent as rain you will see it rarely now and hail is only ninetales I would run that rather than a sun team.
