Team Galaxy discovers a way to reawaken the creation forms of the legendary trio and you must work with Dialgia and Palkia in order to defeat Giratina.
The new gimmick this time is rather interesting. There’s two of them.
- Brilliant forms
- Shining forms ( not to be confused with shiny )
Very similar to mega evolution because the Pokémon change form and gain better stats but they also gain this crazy cool prismatic effects that is hard to explain. The best way to explain it is to look at the backgrounds behind dialgia and palkia in the pic i posted above.
Some Pokémon get Brilliant forms and others get Shining forms depending on which version of the game you get.
For example :
- Brilliant Skuntank ( Literally becomes an entire tank, looks kinda cool but not too much of a fan )
- Shining Purugly ( Becomes way slimmer and gorgeous looking. Almost resembles a stealthy grey panther of some kind. Looks insane )

Oh i also think the starters might get both forms each because one of the characters that you talk to in the game early on hint at it. But im not sure about it so don’t quote me on it.
