Which region has the most forgetable gym leaders? For me, it's 4 and 6.

Gen 2. The only noteworthy ones are Whitney and Clair. IMO characters are one of Johto’s weak points

Super forgettable and bland

First set of good leaders. Roxanne and Winona are pretty boring but the rest have distinct personalities and looks.

Half and half. Roark, Byron and Maylene are all forgettable but Volkner, Wake and Fantina are pretty memorable. Candice and Gardenia are ok. I honestly remember the teams more than the leaders themselves.

Very memorable and distinct. Marlon and the Waiter Trio are meh and Skyla is honestly pretty bland but I love the rest. Drayden, Roxie, Elesa, Clay and Burgh are top notch.

6 easily. 4 has the most forgettable E4, not Gym Leaders. Mainly for being overshadowed by Cynthia. Only reason people remember Flint is his BBF and meme team.

2 and 4. 1 is memorable just because of them being the first and I've played Kanto a lot, Hoenn has some fun designs and memorable locations, Unova was when they started giving the characters more dynamic designs, Kalos has some of the flashier and more memorable designs for leaders, Alola has captains and shit which is pretty memorable sinced they hang out for an extended amount of time w/ you, and Galar just has really good character designs imo. 2 and 4 are mostly just people in realistic outfits (even Wake's uniform or Fantina's dress are still realistic clothes for that sort of people), without much personality to speak of and without any real standout character traits.
