Alright Yawn John Silver, show me the exact dex entry that says Typhlosion's flame ONLY comes on when it attacks. Because from what I've already seen all it mentions is causing explosions and hiding itself with heat and making things go up in flames when it's rage peaks (note: not when it attacks, when it's rage peaks). Nearly every appearance except for 3D battle models (which are abstractions like in game battles are unless you think that Pokemon literally wait for each other to attack) has Typhlosion with its flame on whenever its excited or ready to battle.
