Legends is irrelevant, they shat out SM, USM and LGPE last Gen, not doing BDSP just means they had a team free to work on Legends in its place (likely with Pro support given it's scheduled for early next year and leaks are starting to emerge about what features the Pro has. indicating its launch is happening sooner rather than later).
