Yes, you are bad if you put Mud Shot on your Toxapex.
You talk like Magnezone is some kind of prevalent threat when it's on less than 3% of teams in OU.
Mud Shot does make Toxapex slightly better against Magnezone, but it makes Toxapex significantly worse against the other 97% of teams.
