I don’t think a Pokémon is coming but they’ve done a Pokémon themed tournament twice (the one you posted was for this year’s anniversary) and Byleth’s tournament wasn’t even about FE (it was about axes, bow and arrows) so a hypothetical Pokémon could have its own theme that’s more focused on it as a character and not what game it comes from

every 1st party DLC that gotten a character so far never gotten a event tourney, a crossover tagline, and a spirit event BEFORE their reveal. same with 3rd party, but that's not the topic.

they always seems to save everything once the character is shown, if not, it's just getting an ordinary promotion.

2 of the 3 games that have 1st party DLC are pretty old so I don’t expect them to do all of that. ARMS & XC2 whole thing was they had enough content to get representation through spirits but not as a fighter. Wouldn’t make sense to do that anyway. Every game that got an event tourney or spirit event was recent.
