It even fits the Japanese name. In Japanese it's called chikaramochi, a pun on muscle man and power mochi, a reference to the rabbit making mochi on the moon, hence why only rabbit mons get it.
Wigglytuff is not only a rabbit, but also evolves with a moon stone, and is squishy like mochi. It fits perfectly.
