ROM Hacks are only good because they improve the game in some way or add enjoyment in some way. Gen V is so perfect it cannot be improved in any way.

I think that BW1 can be improved.
One way to have the QOL from the sequels like animated sprites for every trainer or the more detailed battle environments or the updated hud.
