How much better would a bug/water regional form of parasect be, retaining spore, gaining scald, attack swaps with special attack, along with it getting the ability unaware?

It's the best Kyogre counter in the actual game. Takes no damage from Specs/Scarf Water Spout, and uses Spore on either Kyogre or whoever switches in.
If you actually fucking played, you'd know this.

Fearow - Dark/Flying - Gets Swords Dance, Night Slash and Sucker Punch
Arbok - Poison/Ground
Dewgong - Water/Normal - Swap their defense stats with their attack stats. Gets Swift Swim. Gets more sound-based moves + Life Dew, loses some ice-type moves.
Tangrowth - Grass/Rock - -20HP -10Sp.Att +20Speed. More rock-type coverage, particularly rollout. Gets Sand Rush.
Lapras - Water/Dragon - Swap the physical and special stats. Loses most ice coverage moves. Gets more Dragon and some rock types moves.
