UNFORTUNATELY, in its debut generation, Assdeer underperformed compared to Boobcow and Feetgiraffe.
Its only redeeming quality is its signature move, Cock Stomp, a priority OHKO move that only works on phallic Pokemon. This made it an excellent answer to Mega Medicham, but it couldn't compete with other Pokemon in the ZU tier, bringing it down to Negative Used.
However, it did have a slight niche in gen 20 Anything Goes, being able to hard counter the strongest Pokemon in the tier, God-of-Cosmos Palkia. Its signature move Dimensional Eradication, with a base power of 500 and a 100% crit rate, was a Dragon-type move and Assdeer was immune to it.
It could safely switch in on a Specs God-of-Cosmos Palkia's Dimensional Eradication and hit it with a Cock Stomp.
