still fucking mad that I can't get one in FireRed btw there's little reason to get one and train it, but it's fucking awesome in Johto having a Water/Psychic type with such a wide and varied movepool so early on. It can even learn Zap Cannon, for some reason.
Plus its biggest downside (speed) basically becomes a non-factor right away because you can get a Quick Claw as soon as you get to the next city.
