As for the still unpopular ones:
-I probably like Hugh way more than most of this board.
-I like Riley cause he looks cool and his connection Sir Aaron makes for cool lore.
-I think the Cipher admins from Colo and XD are high tier as far as pokemon villains go.
I have some attachment to a few NPC classes honestly.
And that's all I remember off the top of my head
