130 base Attack isn't that much. Yes, it's a lot with a Choice Band/Life Orb, or with Swords Dance, but Zamazenta needs to hold the Rusted Shield and can't learn Swords Dance. Its best boosting move is Howl.
Its defenses are good and its ability boosts its physical defense, but its only good Fighting STAB is Close Combat, which lowers its defenses.
Its speed is good. Kinda gay that it's slower than its base forme, but 128 still outspeeds almost everything in OU. Although its inability to hold a Choice Scarf hurts it.
It also can't really wall very well because it has no reliable recovery and can't even learn status-inflicting moves like Toxic.
