Every single move the Rowlet line gets by level up is physical, no special moves. It would have made a lot more sense if the 70 was in Sp.Atk and that 100 was in Speed

Rowlets move set really annoyed me. It's so fucking stupid and it's signature move is underwhelming. Even stupider is that it gets Nasty Plot at 60. Nasty Plot to use with what???? It doesn't naturally learn special moves? Made me seethe

That's what pushed me over. Nasty Plot of all things at level 60 after all physical moves. Amazingly stupid. Sometimes I think Gamefreak designs a mon, then thinks "oh shit it may actually be good" and does something to fuck it over. I wouldn't be surprised if they did swap it's speed and SpA. It's an Archer archetype. Physical attacker with high speed.

Unless they're shillmons like Shillderace that gets of the 2 perfect stats, 2 signature moves, and a Godly movepool. Or the Kanto Starters that get amazing Movepools, with Blastiose getting every single support option it could possibly need.,
