As for the rest;
- Giovanni goes into hiding, not encountered again until HGSS
- Archer presumably goes into hiding or got arrested by the cops on his way out
- Maxie/Archie just up and disappear after awakening Groudon/Kyogre, probably got arrested in Emerald though
- I don't remember what happened to Cyrus in DP but in Pt he's stuck in the Distortion World
- Ghetsis was in hiding between BW and B2W2 and was rendered insane after the events of B2W2
- Lysandre's probably dead, otherwise it'd really suck to be immortal but stuck under a bunch of fucking rocks until the next megalomaniac digs you out
- Lusamine had to recover after SM and left with her family, in USUM she continues to appear through the Post-Game
