1. Make 252 HP EVs give it 16 HP (or at least 4
This means it can use substitute, leftovers, survive sand storms, hail, burn, toxic, e.t.c
And/or:
2. ONLY SUPER EFFECTIVE ATTACKS HIT like the ability says it does
That means sandstorm, hail, recoil (maybe), toxic, burn e.t.c don't hurt it.
I don't think burn should hurt it just because it's related to fire. Burn is status not a super effective attack. Though I think stealth rock should still kill it
It has 1 HP and is instantly killed by fire, air, ghost, dark, and rock
That's more than fair enough for any somewhat knowledgeable player to defeat it pretty easily.
But the way it is currently not only is it a very niche pokemon that takes a lot of setup to work but its ability description is also deceptive/wrong.
But gamefreak is too busy making the games easier and inventing new ways to make your pokemon emit hearts and attract little kids who rather play league of legends to bother with anything like making an ability actually work
