Thunder wave, helping hand, encore, fake tears, TMs such as rain dance, light screen. Boosted experience gain. It's actually pretty decent even if you get it at a low level and catches up fairly quickly.

I tried using it before. It was pretty useful with Thunder Wave, Helping Hand and Thunder, and the only downside was that it couldn't take a hit to save its life.

Probably a relic from beta. Originally there was going to be a Shadow Minun in game to pair with it. Unused data in the game shows at one point Minun, Spoink, Castform, Psyduck, Porygon2, Whiscash, Wobbuffet, Wailmer, and Kecleon were all intended to be obtainable shadow Pokemon.

Great support. I taught it Protect and teamed it up with Rain Dance Quagsire. Only downside to that strategy is Plusle is faster than Quagsire, so ThunderDance would always take two turns to set up.
