All very well known for being OP and centralizing Pokemon before Gen 6.
Either you have a really bad definition of OP where "barely viable" is the same as "OP", and even then you could probably keep half this list. Out of our 46 Megas, 26 were on Pokemon that were either absolute garbage, or could use a buff.
