Because (if it could) that would mean Cinderace was the third uncatchable shiny promoted event raid they ran. They released CT with Dyanamax Adventures and everyone could shiny hunt Mewtwo if they wanted and handed out a shiny Zeaora for beating enough of the cunts over a set time. If they're spitting out an uncatchable potential shiny, they must have a braindead way of giving players one in the works.
