It's really good. If the DLC was part of the game for a total of $60 it would definitely be worth it. Since the DLC is an additional fee that brings the price of the game up to $90 I'm less inclined to say that.
I think the full package could be worth $90 if you intend to either fully complete the pokedex or play competitively. In either case you will probably get enough playtime and have enough fun with it. If you're just planning to do a normal playthrough to finish the story and move on then no.
