Weak to Ice. (Ice doesn't resist it, and I'm not adding Poison weakness either.)

Double the chance of being frozen if hit with a move that can freeze.

Water types no longer learn Ice Beam and/or IB's base power is now 70.

There's all the "buffs" you deserve.
