2. A tightly packed dex. NOT a national dex, but a good selection that have a decent amount of care put into them, whether it's the animations or the AI, I don't really care
3. Long playtimes, high replayability, tons of secrets to find, etc.
4. Proper fucking scale on the Pokemon. At this point, I've gone full autismo and wont buy a Pokemon game where all the Pokemon are scaled to be about 3 feet tall.
5. Maybe an evolving world, like the game starts with one village and a couple new ones sprout up over the course of the game, maybe leading to one getting wiped out by a legendary, or getting conquered by an evil team stand-in.
All in all, I just want the game's hype season
as small or as big as it will/wont be to actually be worthy of some hype, and not the depressing shitfest that was gen 8's hype season.
