Aqua/Magma were only incompetent insofar as not expecting Groudon and Kyogre to be so strong and unruly, but this is exactly what made them dangerous. Team Galactic was pretty dangerous too, and Cyrus actually knew exactly what he was doing. Almost destroyed the world.

>free healthcareEh, the Pokemon Center's unique capacity for taking care of Pokemon at practically no expense is likely because of the unique properties of Pokemon themselves, and its still fallible. It's nice that they let Trainers stay the night though, but you probably still need your Trainer Card to access most of these amenities.
