Unown-literally has one move (I don't mean like Typhlosion which only has one move that's worth a damn, it literally only has one move)
Like half of Johto is either unnecessary babies or embarrassingly weak shitmons that only exist to make KANTOOOO look better.
The only constantly good Johtmons that aren't psuedos or legends are Scizor, Azumarill, Skarmory. Hitmontop, Smeargle, and Blissey. How its it even possible for a region to be so weak?
