Meganium can’t lean any powders except poison power the most useless one. It can’t get Sleep Powder even though it’s dex says that it calms foes down in battle.
Typhlosion can’t learn Earth Powe despite being called the Volcano Pokémon and many other volcano mons learning it, being in the same egg group a several Pokémon that do learn it, many of of them being based on burrowing mammals just like Typhlosion. Even more ridiculous, it gets extrasensory which is just a shitty move all around, so it apparently has psychic powers but it can’t make the ground erupt with power? What.
Zamazenta can’t learn Body Press. Some smart-ass tried to say it shouldn’t get it because it doesn’t always have the shield with it, but Zacian gets Sacred sword even when it doesn’t have its Sword.
Lame Freak is either so incompetent that they know less about the Pokémon than the fans or more likely they’re just jerks who think it’s funny to troll people by making certain mons useless, even though those mons could easily be respectable or even amazing with the simple addition of one or two thematically appropriate moves that already exist in the game.
