What's the Pokémon game you've played the most? And what's the total number of hours spent playing?

For me, it's Pokémon Sword and Shield.

I’m not sure if it’s just me, but I noticed that SM/USUM and SwSh are better designed for post-game than all the older Pokémon games, hence why people put in more hours in them.

It lacks a traditional post-game but all the social stuff and the easier way of beating a Pokédex within a single game makes it a much better system imo.

Older games would be Blue/red, i lost track as a kid how often i started a new save.

its easier to play with others, trade, collect, and the breeding flows more linear, so im putting in 30-50 hours per shiny that i breed. which is most of my 2200+ hours of Sun. Also 700 hours of Omega Ruby of breeding, since that was the time i got into shiyn farming.

117 boxes of eevee for a shiny...suffering.

Definitely any of the Gen 4 games, I played Pearl long ago, then I started playing platinum again. 200 hours for both pearl and platinum

On one single file the longest playtime I have is Sword at about 150 hours. For a single game set probably also Sword/Shield since I've completed 3 playthroughs.
