>celesteela's 107 SpD*

>974 BST, 404 more than a regular UB and still 151 less than eternamax eternatus
With the typing and moveset of nihilego

*celesteela's highest stat is SpA, not SpD, but whatever

The eternamax eternatus you fight in SS has more bulk. The necrozma you fight in USUM has similar Atk/SpA. It's an uncatchable final boss, you can make its stats broken and still balance it with level and moves:
>frustration, venoshock, psybeam, wonder room, no item
>5 to 10 levels lower than what the player's party is expected to be by that point in the story
>still a rock/poison type, there's plenty of EQ and/or surf users you could have to take it down relatively well
I don't see much issue.

Get your eyes checked. U Necrozma has only 167 Atk and Sp.Atk, only 129 Speed, and 97 defenses. Much, much easier to handle compared to This thing, even with +1 too all stats. Psychic/Dragon has more exploitable weaknesses.
