>>46767319I disagree, simply because it's usually obvious what the best spread for a Pokemon is, and there's rarely reasons to not get 31 IVs or max out EVs on specific stats. Now, there's 0 ATK IVs on special attackers to get less damage from confusion, or Stakataka's weird stat spread to get the most out of Beast Boost, but those are a bit too rare unfortunately. It's overall good, but the lack of meaningful choice makes it underutilized enough that I can't say it's the best.
