Was it difficult?
I got the silver symbol from the factory and it was a nightmare full of bulk, confusion and dodge :)

I think I only beat the Battle Tower and the Battle Pike first boss battles and stopped there. It wasn't fun to play, idk why people get so mad that we aren't getting it again. It fosters bitterness in you with the RNG nonsense. Pic related is the worst thing, it comes to end your streak whenever the game decides it's time for you to stop.

I'm replaying the BF right now. Trying to get gold symbols in everything since when I played Emerald originally as a kid I only got the Pike and Dome silver symbols. I lost my 50 win streak in the Battle Tower because of a fucking Bright Powder Sceptile.

Most cheesy strat is abusing trick choice scarf and crippling the first opponent pokemon with charm, thunder wave, accuracy drops or memento. Then switch to black sludge battle armor Drapion, substitute and spam acupressure until you max everything out and safely sweep.
However this is quite boring to do and is mostly used for getting over 1000 streaks

Silver medals are doable with average pokemon if you know what to expect, getting gold usually requires getting new ones. On my last emerald replay I got 3 medals with my champion team at level 60 and the rest with about 4 new pokemon I trained up.

Gonna be attempting this challenge once I finish my gen 3 dex because I want to make a ribbon master pokemon, what are some good teams that would compliment a Slowbro? I was thinking Latios is too strong not to use even if it's a second pychic type, and either Raikou, Registeel or Steelix to fill out the third slot. Raikou feels like the best choice but i'm worried I might get fucked for not having any physical attackers.

I remember I just used a garchomp to sweep the battle hall for BP because the rest of that shit was rigged. Luckily I managed to acquire a hacked ninjask with no guard sheer cold gave it counter, minimum defense and focus sash for anything with sturdy. if this game is going to cheat then so am i

Working on it atm. Waiting until I get some stuff from LG and Colosseum to keep going. Don't understand the people who only do it with stuff from Emerald, half the fun for me is having something to do with the mons from the other games which would otherwise get no use because R/S has pretty much no postgame and FR/LG while a fair bit better, still doesn't have a lot to encourage properly training your stuff other than the Trainer Tower which is piss easy in comparison.

Tower requires you to win 70 times in a row for Gold, of course you're likely to get fucked by RNG at some point
