So even if a mon is better at, say, hazard setting than Landorus, Landorus would still be able to wallbreak, clear hazards, be an offensive and defensive pivot, and be an easy switch in to electric and ground moves. So it's worth having a worse hazard setter just to have all of those other things in one party slot.
What I'm saying is that until another mon that's even more ridiculously versatile comes along, Lando won't be going anywhere.
