Powerful creature (maybe alien?) That is able to produce large amounts of Dynamax energy. Originaly crash landed a ling time ago, eventually woke up and went on a rampage that ended when it fought Calyrex and the wolves, resulting in it losing most of its power. Rose powers it up again in the present to create more dynamax energy to prevent an eventual loss of dynamax in Galar

I think the point is that Rose wants to be the one to take credit for it. It seemed retarded at first, but on my second playthrough I understood his motivations more.
